This Service Policy explains what Local Citations X delivers, what we need from you, and how orders are handled. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Refund Policy.
The service
Local Citations X creates business listings ("citations") on relevant online directories and listing sites, using the business information you provide, and delivers a report containing the URL of each qualifying citation. Each standard package is a one-time purchase, priced in USD.

Each standard package covers one business location unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Qualifying citations
A citation counts towards your package only when the listing has been successfully created, is live, and has its own individual URL in your report. The following do not count:
- submissions awaiting approval;
- pending or unverified listings;
- rejected listings; and
- duplicate listings.
Directories and search engines are independent third parties. We do not control, and do not guarantee, their approval, moderation, indexing or retention of listings after delivery.
Information you must provide
Mandatory: your name and business email; business name; website URL; public business phone number; street address or service area; city; country; primary business category; business description; and number of locations. Where applicable: region/state and postal code. Optional: special instructions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply and for having the right to list the business. We will never ask for account passwords or login credentials, and you should not send them.
Turnaround time
The turnaround time begins only after payment has been verified and all mandatory business information has been received. We confirm the start date by email. Turnaround times are in calendar days.
Delivery
We email your completion report to the address on your order. Delivery is complete when the report contains the full purchased quantity of qualifying citation URLs.
No ranking guarantees
Citation building is one component of local SEO. We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads or revenue.
Custom packages
Custom packages are quoted individually. No price is fixed and no payment is taken until a quotation has been agreed in writing. The agreed quotation sets the quantity, turnaround time and any special terms.
