What counts as a completed citation
A citation counts towards your 300 only when the listing has been successfully created, is live, and has its own URL in your report. Submissions awaiting approval, pending listings, rejected listings and duplicates do not count. Directory approval and search-engine indexing are decided by third parties and are not guaranteed.
Information we need from you
Your name and business email; business name, website URL and public phone number; street address or service area; city, region, postal code and country; primary business category; a short business description; number of locations; and any special instructions. We never ask for account passwords. You can provide these in the cart or after checkout using the business details form.
When the 10-day turnaround begins
The turnaround clock starts only after payment has been verified and all mandatory business information has been received. If details are missing or unclear, we'll contact you and the clock starts once complete information arrives.
If the deadline is missed
If we do not deliver the complete package of 300 qualifying citation URLs within 10 calendar days of the start date, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy. A partial report does not complete the order. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually through the original payment method.
